Remote-friendly position with global collaboration. Fluency in English is required, with additional Spanish, French, or German as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Endpoint Security software is required.
• Proficient in SIEM concepts and operations.
• Ability to create custom data parsers and collections.
• Experience building complex correlation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with SIEM integration and deployment projects.
• Hands-on experience with EDR tools.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service mindset.
• Basic networking knowledge for debugging diverse environments.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux installations and troubleshooting.
• 4+ years as a Support Engineer.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS for cloud troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish/French/German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to issues within SLAs.
• Triaging issues via ticketing, phone, or remote sessions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting at app and OS level.
• Identify fault area and coordinate fixes with teams.
• Provide feedback to development on product issues.
• Document actions for internal and customer communications.
• Support root cause investigations and implement corrective measures.
