Job summary

Winning Consulting in Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive a strategic transformation in the insurance sector. You will coordinate multiple technology workstreams across Engineering, Architecture, Data and AI to align technical delivery with business goals.

You will manage roadmaps, dependencies and risks while ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program/Project Management or similar.
• Experience managing complex technology programmes and multiple workstreams.
• Understanding of software delivery, system integrations, cloud, data and/or AI environments.
• Experience across Engineering, Architecture and Business teams.
• Experience in insurance, banking, consulting or other regulated sectors.
• Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
