Winning Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation to lead strategic transformation initiatives in the insurance sector. The role focuses on digital transformation, process evolution, and AI-driven solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, experience with complex transformations, and fluency in English and Spanish, with exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Project Management.
Experience managing complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or regulated sectors preferred.
Experience in Digital Transformation projects and AI/automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
Manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business and Technology.
Manage senior stakeholders, governance and executive reporting.
Support initiatives aimed at improving digital experiences and processes, including AI and automation opportunities.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.
