Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent engineer turned Technical Product Marketer to craft demos, run workshops, and bridge product and sales with clear technical narratives. You will build core demos, record technical videos, and lead webinars for evaluators, enabling clear understanding of Grafana Cloud’s value.

You’ll partner with PMMs and SEs to shape content strategies, extend narratives to analyst briefings, conferences, and online communities, and leverage AI to scale assets across

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical role with hands-on demos and content
Able to travel 10-12 weeks per year for training and events
Strong understanding of observability concepts for SRE/platform teams
Ability to translate deep tech into clear, value-focused stories

Responsibilities

Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Enable Solutions Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across channels
Use automation and AI to scale technical content and demos
