You’ll build demos, run workshops and webinars, and partner with PMMs to extend technical narratives across channels. This role emphasizes AI-assisted content scaling and strong cross-functional collaboration, with a global remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role.
• Willingness to travel 10–12 weeks per year.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear stories.
• Experience presenting content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with PMM, Product, SEs.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear technical storytelling.
• Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across channels.
• Use automation & AI to scale technical content.
• Lead technical sessions and webinars for evaluators.
