Actual Talent is seeking a Deputy Technical Manager for the High-Voltage Components department to support and substitute for the Laboratory Manager. You will define and coordinate technical actions for developing and launching dielectric models, ensuring viability, client satisfaction, and profitability.

This role also acts as a key technical advisor for international clients and the commercial department, guiding testing, development, and supplier interactions to uphold quality and project

Responsabilidades

• Laboratory & Quality Management: perform customer-facing testing per international standards and supervise audits.
• Product Development & Innovation: coordinate development phases, viability studies, and support Production to ensure quality and yield; drive product improvements.
• Commercial & Supplier Support: analyze supplier offers on cost/quality/lead times and assist in resolving technical claims with customers.
