Progressive is seeking an experienced Principal Technical Lead to drive delivery of complex Data Center and industrial projects in Europe. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers and stakeholders, providing leadership across engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record in Data Center projects and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, backup power, cooling, and commissioning.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• C1 level of English required.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Principal Technical Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex Data Center and industrial projects. This role will act as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, providing electrical technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and technically compliant solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, design solutions, and project execution.
• Support the resolution of complex technical challenges and critical issues.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Lead technical meetings, reviews, and workshops with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilled.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to support project success.

Project Execution

• Oversee all technical aspects of the project from design through commissioning and handover.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Mandatory experience in Data Center projects.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, power distribution, backup power solutions, cooling systems, and commissioning activities.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• C1 level of English.

Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Remote from EU- EU citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory.
• Travel: 20-30%.
• Permanent contract or freelance/project-based collaboration via Progressive.
