Lighthouse is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team responsible for end-to-end data domains within a large-scale ingestion and transformation platform. You will unify global hospitality data into a high-fidelity semantic layer and build complex data pipelines that power products used by thousands of hoteliers worldwide.

You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and business teams to drive data quality, observability, and performance

Formación

• Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical and professional growth.
• Hands-on data engineering background with ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines, and data modelling.
• Proven ability to estimate, plan and deliver large data projects.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations is a plus.
• Strong Python skills for large-scale data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a data engineering team with end-to-end ownership of data domains.
