BizAway S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to proactively build pipelines across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product.

You will partner with CTPO and senior tech leaders to map the market, shape our hiring strategy, and strengthen BizAway’s tech ecosystem in Barcelona and Europe. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies, SaaS, or scaleups.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing complex, senior roles (Software/Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, Product).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Tech Recruitment across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product.
• Strategic Leadership Partnering with CTPO and Tech/Product leads to align hiring strategies with roadmap and gaps.
• Proactive Market Mapping and Pipeline: benchmark compensation, identify talent pools, map target communities.
• Employer Branding and Ecosystem Building: position BizAway across Barcelona and European tech hubs by networking and hosting events.
• Commercial and Creative Sourcing: design outreach strategies to engage and close passive tech talent.
• Candidate Experience and Data Intelligence: deliver a high-touch journey while advising leadership on hiring feasibility.
• Team Collaboration: work with the TA team to optimize sourcing practices and priorities.
