Unleash is seeking a senior engineer to lead a small squad while remaining hands-on with core platform work. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with product and design, and contribute to architectural decisions.

This remote-first role offers ownership of your squad, strong engineering culture, and opportunities to influence Open Source contributions. You will mentor engineers, participate in performance reviews, and help scale the team as Unleash grows across Europe.

Formación

• 10+ years as a senior engineer or staff engineer.
• Wants to lead people while staying hands-on.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product development from discovery to deployment and production improvements.
• Maintain high engineering standards across frontend and backend systems.
• Lead reliability, performance, and operational excellence across the platform.
• Coach engineers in your squad and support their growth and development.
• Drive performance reviews and hiring decisions with leadership input.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve processes, culture, and effectiveness.
