Leadtech seeks a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to own end-to-end features for our top web products. You will shape features with the Product team, translate business goals into technical decisions, and uphold high standards for quality and performance.

Expect to work across frontend and backend using React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, focusing on scalable architectures, testing, and CI/CD within a dynamic, remote-friendly setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years building robust frontend, backend, and API systems.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns.
• Product and design instincts with opinionated interfaces and UX.
• Ability to frame technical trade-offs in business terms.
• Hands-on with React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with GCP services and relational/non-relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute as a main developer to web projects, owning stack end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product to shape and estimate new features.
• Translate business goals into technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Apply software development best practices: CI/CD, testing, code reviews.
• Define and track metrics for project health: performance, stability, quality.
• Foster team unity and a collaborative culture.
