TalentLyft is seeking a Senior FullStack Developer ready to step into a Team Lead role for a complex AI‑powered platform handling users, roles, and permissions. You will work remotely across Europe on a 6–12+ month engagement, collaborating with a PM, designer, and engineers to build a compliant, security‑driven system.

You will design scalable solutions, review security‑sensitive code, and mentor peers while shaping DevOps practices in a demanding, data‑rich environment.

Formación

• Senior FullStack Developer with leadership potential and a secure-by-design mindset.
• Experience building complex, permissioned systems in finance/identity domains.
• Proficient in integrating multiple external services and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own architectural decisions for a large, evolving codebase in a finance‑sensitive domain.
• Extend the generic-entity/schema system without regressions.
• Lead integration work with external providers (Salesforce, Xero, SmartSearch, SendGrid).
• Review code with a security‑first eye on permission/access-control gaps.
• Maintain documentation practices and the project Memory Bank.
• Participate in on‑call/production support and DevOps ownership.
• As the role matures, mentor engineers and set technical guardrails for non‑engineering contributors.
