Product Pulse in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to shape how we build and scale our product. You will code while guiding a high-impact engineering team and making architectural decisions.

You will mentor, review code, and own core parts of the platform across the stack, collaborating with Product and Design to turn requirements into robust solutions. A hybrid work model is available.

Formación

• Strong experience building production software.
• Minimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer.
• Solid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript.
• Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience making architectural decisions.
• Enjoys working in a start-up, scale up environment.
• Fluent Spanish, English would be advantageous.

As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands-on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring.
