Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for an AI training project. This contract role is remote, 21 hours per week, from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

You will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, ensure Spain-specific HR practices, and collaborate with AI research teams. Native or fluent Spanish required and a degree from a top-20 university in Spain. Requires 5+ years HR experience in partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
