Strada is seeking a Payroll Administrator to contribute to accurate, timely payroll and data management activities. You will handle payroll end-to-end, support statutory reporting, and answer client queries with country-specific knowledge.

The role requires 2–3 years in payroll, fluency in English and Swedish, and experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft. You will join a global team and ensure high service levels.

Formación

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• Experience with HR data handling and payroll systems.

Responsabilidades

• Independently process Payroll End to End to ensure delivery per the calendar and KPIs.
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting to the calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries/issues with payroll knowledge and country-specific laws.
• Support data management or customer service activities as required.
• Ensure tickets and calls are answered within SLA and to a high standard.
• Liaise with third parties and ensure proper evidences for SOC controls.
