Strada Energy International seeks a Payroll and Data Management Specialist to support end-to-end payroll processes and data services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across assignments. You will handle payroll execution, data management, customer support, and knowledge transfer, while maintaining security, confidentiality, and compliance in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Independently process Payroll End to End to ensure they are delivered as per the calendar and KPIs
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting to the calendar and KPIs
• Use Payroll expertise to advise upon client queries and ensure understanding of country legislation
• Support and knowledge transfer Apprentices and/or Associates on Data Management or Customer Service activities
• Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard
• Support System Maintenance Testing and coordinate with Third Parties SOC controls
• Contribute to root cause analysis to propose preventative measures
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and ensure audiences can apply learnings
• Maintenance of DWIs to keep processes up to date
• Log defects with details and evidences for investigation by teams
• Highlight deviations from standard scope to Service Manager
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Participate in team meetings and update Service Manager
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed
