Strada Global in Granada, Spain, seeks a Payroll Delivery Specialist with strong French payroll expertise to support cross-border clients. You will ensure accurate data, assist with implementations, and maintain process documentation.

Requirements include a BA/BS in a business field, 3–4 years payroll experience, fluent French (B2) with good English, and knowledge of HRIS tools (Workday/SAP/PeopleSoft). MS Office proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3–4 years of payroll experience in HR/outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Expert knowledge of French payroll processes, practices and legislation.
• Good level of French (minimum B2) and good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational teams to ensure colleagues are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client deadlines.
• Provide implementation and go-live support and daily functional guidance to teams for payroll delivery.
• Maintain and enforce defined work instructions and process documentation.
• Sign off on system maintenance testing and assist in reviewing statements of works for client alignment.
• Escalate and resolve technical/functional issues and support automation and continuous improvement.
