Strada is seeking a payroll/data management assistant to support payroll processing and client services across multiple regions. You will handle data accuracy, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of outputs while respecting security and confidentiality standards.

• 1–2 years payroll or health & welfare/benefits experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll processing and data management tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with customer service queries and maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Ensure data management activities are performed accurately and on time.
• Follow security and confidentiality procedures and adhere to SLAs.
