Strada is seeking a payroll specialist in Spain to support and manage payroll tasks for diverse clients. You will handle tickets and payroll systems, review data, and generate standard and client-specific reports.

Requirements include 1–2 years in payroll or HR benefits, advanced German and English (minimum B2), and strong MS Office skills. A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with HRIS knowledge is preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years of payroll or health & welfare/benefits experience in HR-related environment.
• Advanced German & English skills (minimum B2).
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage payroll tasks using ticket and payroll systems, applying defined standards and client-specific requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to ensure timely handling within defined thresholds.
• Utilize hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and related activities.
• Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendars.
• Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and support change requests.
