Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a senior Pr. Business Development Manager in Madrid to drive sub-sea growth, identify new opportunities and deliver profitable contracts.

You will negotiate with customers and suppliers, lead commercial bid teams, and align cross-functional partners from finance, legal and technical teams. The role requires 5+ years in commercial propositions within telecoms, strong Excel modelling skills, and the ability to influence at C-level.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience delivering compelling commercial propositions.
• 24+ months experience managing change in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert industry knowledge in telecoms with commercial contract understanding.
• Excellent relationship builder with senior leadership impact.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement clear commercial strategies to drive growth and margins.
• Build industry partnerships and senior relationships to align with Vodafone growth strategy.
• Coordinate and lead complex commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Act as Commercial Lead on high-risk, complex bid opportunities and manage a virtual bid team from qualification to signature.
