Vodafone Group Plc seeks a Commercial Contract Specialist to manage commercial relationships with strategic accounts and oversee contracts with annual value up to €50M. You will ensure obligations are met and seek incremental value for clients and Vodafone Business Infrastructure (VBI).

The role requires handling senior stakeholders, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent relationship builder capable of building credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills at a senior level, both written and verbal.
• Experience in developing and negotiating commercial propositions and managing complex telco/outsource contracts.
• Knowledge of commercial contractual issues affecting global bids and how they impact the business.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and delivering through others.

Aufgaben

• Execute all commercial contractual obligations for the managed accounts throughout the contract life cycle.
• Serve as strategic advisor to customers and VBI leadership; produce executive briefings on performance and growth recommendations.
• Lead escalation management with senior stakeholders, including cost analysis and options/recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Solution and OpCos to maximise account profitability.
