Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in account management or client relationships.
• 3–5 years in account management roles within BPO/Tech services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute portfolio/sector strategy and growth plans.
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while meeting revenue and margin KPIs.
• Engage C-level stakeholders and govern account activities with internal teams.
