Job summary

Fever seeks a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead Brand Partnerships in Spain. You will own sponsor relationships, drive revenue, and manage end-to-end deals across Fever Originals and Official Partnerships.

Join a creative agency–like team blending entertainment know-how with data-driven strategies. Fluency in English and Spanish, 5+ years in B2C event sponsorship sales, and an entrepreneurial mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in B2C event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decisions.
• Strong slide-deck creation and written pitch materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with sponsors in your territory.
• Meet and exceed sponsorship revenue targets monthly and quarterly.
• Lead pipeline creation and end-to-end deal cycle management.
• Drive new sponsor acquisition and land-and-expand partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and Ops to tailor proposals.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with forecasts, pipeline stages, and risks.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends.
