Job summary

Fever is seeking an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead sponsorships for a global brand partnerships slate from Madrid. You will own the commercial relationship with sponsors, scale Fever Originals and Official Partnerships, and drive a land-and-expand motion across markets and Fever properties.

English and Spanish fluency are essential for this role. The position offers a hybrid setup with a central Madrid office, a base salary plus stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile client meetings and proposals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own sponsorship revenue targets and pipeline across your territory.
• End-to-end deal cycle management from discovery to close.
• Lead commercial negotiations and craft compelling sponsorship proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and Operations to deliver differentiated pitches.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and visibility across opportunities.
