Job summary

Fever is seeking a Senior Business Development lead to drive expansion across Spain's entertainment industry. You will forge deep relationships with producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders, shaping and executing a growth strategy while balancing a growing client base.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Spain and internationally to ensure mutual value creation and stay ahead of trends in entertainment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in relevant sectors (tech, corporate management, sport/music/arts).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market in Spain.
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value creation.
• Balance a large client base with strong organization and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Spain and internationally to deliver partner growth.
• Remain the in-house expert on trends and experiences in entertainment.
