Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager in Barcelona. You’ll drive revenue growth by expanding our agency and direct client portfolio, elevating Fever’s brand positioning with strategic partnerships.

Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate, you will build long-term relationships, lead high-value client pitches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to win and deliver standout

Qualifications

• 5+ years in publisher sales, experiential sales, or brand partnerships.
• Creative thinker with data-driven sales decisions.
• Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for proposals and meetings.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to craft slide decks and written pitches.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Generate long-term relationships with agency and direct clients.
• Hit and exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate internal resources for pitches and campaigns.
• Manage client briefs from discovery to delivery of campaign work.
• Attend and lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the Brand Partnerships offering.
• Identify trends in social media and entertainment to articulate opportunities to clients.
