Job summary

Fever is seeking a high-performing Sales Leader to drive sponsorship revenue across its global live experiences. You will identify, develop, and close partnerships with leading brands and agencies, selling integrated sponsorship programs across Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, and immersive experiences.

The role requires an entrepreneurial seller with a proven track record in six- and seven-figure deals, excellent presentation skills, and a strong network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sponsorship sales or related field.
• Established network of brand marketers and agencies.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong ability to present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of brand partners.
• Prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals with internal teams.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
• Maintain senior relationships with brand marketers and agencies.
• Negotiate terms and sponsorship agreements.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecast.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Delivery teams.
• Shape scalable Fever Original experiences around sponsorships.
