Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a newly formed sales engineering team across Europe. You will own technical opportunities end-to-end, from discovery through close, configuring the platform to a client's real environment and building the ROI-focused business case your AE can leverage to close deals.

You will lead technical workshops, run proofs of concept, and articulate ROI/TCO to finance and executives while collaborating with engineering, IT, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business process transformation or procurement optimization projects.
• Ability to close complex B2B deals with revenue accountability.
• Comfort speaking with both technical and executive stakeholders in one day.

Responsibilities

• Own technical opportunities end-to-end from discovery to close with ROI inputs.
• Lead workshops and proofs of concept with the AE.
• Configure the platform with a client's real data and security measures.
• Translate technical solutions into ROI and TCO for executives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve qualification and demo configuration.
• Help shape qualification criteria and go-to-market motions.
