Job summary

Everseen is seeking a Senior PreSales Engineer to act as the technical storyteller for customers across EMEA. You will demonstrate Everseen’s vision AI solutions, connect with executives, and translate trials data into impactful outcomes for retailers.

Work with Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to craft tailored technical solutions and drive the sales journey. Travel to meet customers is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in technical sales, presales or solution engineering with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AI and its use in retail; strong technical acumen to understand features and functions.
• Experience in developing innovative solutions for enterprise customers in a fast-paced global organization.
• Ability to understand customer culture, needs and requirements and to forecast key account metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized demonstrations of the technology to technical and business stakeholders.
• Own the technical components of the sales process for a seamless journey.
• Engage with customer CTOs and technical leaders to build trust in the solution.
• Lead presales efforts for strategic enterprise accounts and define tailored technical solutions.
• Act as SME on the product, delivering deep technical insight and advice on data insights.
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, demos and PoCs.
• Lead PoC design, execution and presentation to senior stakeholders, translating requirements into architecture.
• Provide ongoing technical consultation and address complex questions with authority.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to improve processes and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with developments in AI and retail tech.
