everai is hiring Senior Software Engineers to help build and scale our product. You’ll work on defining the roadmap, choosing technical solutions, and have time to run experiments and bring new ideas.

Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will review specs, prepare integration plans, and write code with the team including web developers, SREs and data scientists. You will work with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire and Tailwind CSS, collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer.
• Experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile environments.
• Experience with large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users.
• Strong communication & fluent in English.
• Ownership and a doer mindset; balance between craftsmanship and velocity.
• User-centricity and obsession for amazing user experience.
• Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with the Product Manager to review project specs.
• Preparing integration plans, break-downs, and estimations.
• Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, etc.
