Leadtech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to drive end-to-end development of cutting-edge web products. You will partner with Product to shape features, translate monetization goals into technical decisions, and implement best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.

You’ll work with React, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript in a cloud-first environment, balancing UX quality with performance and business impact while thriving in an agile setting and remote-friendly culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience building robust frontend, backend, and API systems.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and web architecture.
• Product and design sensibility with ability to trade off features with business goals.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript for web and backend.
• Proficiency with cloud services (GCP) and relational/non-relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Own the web project stack end-to-end as a main developer.
• Collaborate with Product to shape, estimate and build features.
• Translate business goals into technical solutions with clear trade-offs.
• Implement and advocate CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Define metrics to monitor performance, stability and quality.
