EverAI in Spain is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our AI companionship platform, define the roadmap, and deliver technical solutions. You will work with a small team, translate product specs into concrete plans, and contribute hands‑on code, reviews, and testing using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind.

Formación

• 5+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer in scale-ups or fast-paced environments.
• Experience building large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users.
• Strong communication in English with ownership mindset and delivery focus.
• Experience delivering end-to-end features in a fast-moving team.
• Bonus: data science, NLP, ML, or MLOps experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with the Product Manager to review project specs.
• Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations.
• Hands‑on code implementation, pull requests, code reviews, and testing.
