JOIN is building intuitive, powerful recruiting software that helps businesses of all sizes find the right people effortlessly. As our Product Manager, you’ll shape the direction of our product by defining strategy, aligning stakeholders, and turning customer needs into impactful features.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences, conduct user research, and manage end-to-end development to time and quality.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or technology products.
• Ability to define product strategy and manage end-to-end development.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
