Ebury is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to evolve our multi-currency transactional platform. You will own development, scalability, and optimization of core payment processes in a globally distributed team across Europe and the Americas.

Formación

• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable software systems.
• Experience in payments/fintech space and transactional flows.
• Proficiency in at least one major backend language and distributed architectures.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging and relational databases.
• Production readiness, observability, and monitoring considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Architect & Deliver: lead design and development of the next iteration of the platform for cross-border payments.
• Domain Ownership: own services from design to deployment and health.
• Technical Leadership: drive initiatives with Product and Operations to translate business needs into solutions.
• Mentor & Coach: guide engineers and uphold high engineering standards.
• Collaborate Globally: work with distributed teams to design robust services.
