Ebury Madrid Office is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Money Flows) to own the evolution of our multi‑currency account systems and payment processes. You will help scale a high‑volume transactional platform with a technology‑agnostic mindset and contribute across Europe and South America.

The role emphasizes resilient distributed architectures, robust APIs, and observability, with a hybrid work model: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Formación

• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale software systems.
• Solid understanding of multi‑currency financial flows and payments domain.
• Proficiency with backend architectures and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deliver the next iteration of the global platform for cross-border payments.
• Own services from design to deployment and production health.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end with Product and Operations partners.
• Mentor and coach engineers to uphold high standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across regions to build modular services.
