Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd in Barcelona seeks a Senior SoC Verification Manager to lead the verification of next-generation AI processors. You will own verification strategy for a multi-core AI system and coordinate a team across CPU cores, caches, and interconnects.

The role requires 12+ years in ASIC/SoC verification, expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM, and experience driving verification planning from planning to tape-out. Hybrid work in Barcelona with full visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ASIC/SoC design verification experience.
• Expert knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Proven experience leading verification engineers or technical teams.
• Strong experience verifying cache-coherent multi-core systems or subsystems.
• Experience driving verification planning, coverage closure and tape-out sign-off.
• Knowledge of AXI, CHI and industry-standard simulation tools (VCS, Questa, Xcelium).
• Experience with RISC-V, CPU verification, AI accelerators, formal verification or emulation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification of a complex 4-core coherent SoC through tape-out sign-off.
• Mentor 3-4 verification leads across CPU cores, L2 cache, interconnects and subsystems.
• Define verification strategies, plans, methodologies and coverage targets.
• Drive functional verification using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Oversee simulation, emulation, regression infrastructure and verification automation.
• Collaborate with architecture and RTL design teams to influence decisions.
• Manage verification schedules, resources, risks and team development.

The Role
