JD Logistics is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Leader to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in Lugo, Spain. The role focuses on strategic planning, cost management, and continuous improvement across a high-volume fulfillment environment.

You will lead teams, drive Lean initiatives, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, and Customer Service to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning & Warehouse Development: develop warehouse strategies, design standards, plans, and transformation initiatives.
• End-to-End Warehouse Operations: oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment; monitor KPIs.
• Cost Management & Continuous Improvement: analyze costs and promote Lean and automation solutions.
• Leadership, People Management & Risk Control: recruit and coach teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Excellence: partner with Transportation, Commercial, and Service teams to improve performance.
