JD Logistics Lugo, Kingdom Of Spain, is seeking an Installation & Operations Manager to lead the rollout and ongoing maintenance of warehouse automation and infrastructure. The role requires coordinating contractors, supervising installation of racking, conveyors, and sorting systems, and implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure high uptime from day one.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, experience with automated material handling systems and PLC

Formación

• Greenfield Launch Expertise: verified engineering background in facility setups, automation rollouts, or reliability maintenance for large sites.
• Deep knowledge of automated material handling systems (MHS) and PLC-driven environments.
• Language skills: English and Spanish essential; Mandarin knowledge valued.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the physical installation, testing, and continuous maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and automation to guarantee uptime.
• Manage technical contractors and supervise deployment of racking, conveyors, and sorting systems.
• Implement local preventive maintenance framework for the facilities.
