ILERWORK is seeking a Site Manager in Spain to oversee day-to-day construction delivery across data centre, energy, and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, maintain the construction programme, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish with professional English. Reading drawings and managing permits will be essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as Site Manager on data centre, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with team management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site construction activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress against programme and report risks and delays.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Lead site inspections, manage permits and site records.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on schedules and budgets.
