CAP INGELEC in Spain seeks a Construction Manager to coordinate projects from preparatory phase through handover, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and QHSE commitments.

Based mainly on site, you hold an Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering degree with 10+ years of industrial construction experience. You will lead site teams, liaise with partners, and travel across Spain, using your leadership and bilingual Spanish/English skills to deliver safe, on-time projects.

Formación

• Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
• At least 10 years' experience as construction manager in industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define methods, procedures, resources, and anticipate technical constraints.
• Manage project execution, coordinate on-site operations, and monitor budget and schedule.
• Supervise site managers and oversee subcontractors.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory follow-up including change orders and approvals.
• Lead site meetings and liaise with project partners.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major Datacenter & industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Spain.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints,
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile

With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Spanish and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Spain.
