ILERWORK seeks an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to lead Civil, Structural, and Architectural works across complex construction projects in data centres, energy, and infrastructure. You will manage planning, execution, and handover to ensure safety, on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires leadership, coordination across Design, MEP, Commercial teams, and clients, and a strong background in civil/structural disciplines with fluent Spanish and professional English.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Experience in data centres, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or energy projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for CSA works.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Design Managers, MEP teams, Commercial teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning support, and final handover activities.
• Manage project reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all CSA activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.
