ILERWORK is seeking a Site Manager in Spain to oversee day-to-day construction delivery across data centre, energy, and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, maintain the construction programme, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish with professional English. Reading drawings and managing permits will be essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of construction activities across our datacentre, energy, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors,maintaining the construction programme, and ensuring works are completedsafely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manageall day-to-day site construction activities and ensure works are executedsafely and efficiently.
• Coordinatesubcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to achieve projectobjectives.
• Monitorprogress against the construction programme and report on milestones,risks, and delays.
• Ensureall works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications,quality standards, and client requirements.
• Promoteand enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards across thesite.
• Conductsite inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures andregulatory requirements.
• Coordinatesite logistics, material deliveries, equipment, and workforce planning.
• SupportProject Managers in managing project schedules, budgets, and resourceallocation.
• Identifyand resolve construction issues, technical challenges, and site conflicts.
• Maintainaccurate site records, daily reports, permits, and project documentation.
• Attendproject meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants,subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provenexperience as a Site Manager within construction, infrastructure,industrial, commercial, or data centre projects.
• Relevantqualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or arelated discipline preferred.
• Strongunderstanding of construction methodologies, site operations, and projectdelivery processes.
• Experiencemanaging multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex work packages.
• Goodknowledge of health and safety regulations and construction bestpractices.
• Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
