ILERWORK is seeking an experienced Project Manager (MEP) to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing packages across our construction projects in Spain. You will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion and high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, subcontractor management, budgeting, procurement, and reporting. Fluent Spanish and professional English are essential, with a degree in a related engineering discipline.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or Construction Management.
• Experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, procurement, budgets and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource plans for MEP activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and specialist partners.
• Ensure MEP systems meet design specs, standards and client requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation to maintain programme objectives.
• Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor appointments.
• Collaborate with CSA, Design, Commissioning and Commercial teams for seamless delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Maintain project reporting, change control, cost tracking and communications.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards across all MEP works.
