ILERWORK is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities across datacentre, energy and infrastructure projects in the Barcelona area. You will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain the programme, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and professional English.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or related sectors.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and complex work packages.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site construction activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report milestones and risks.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs, quality standards and client requirements.
• Promote and enforce HSE standards across the site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, equipment and workforce planning.
• Support Project Managers in schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and site conflicts.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, permits and documentation.
• Attend project meetings and communicate with clients, consultants and teams.

The Role

Requirements

• Provenexperience as a Site Manager within construction, infrastructure,industrial, commercial, or data centre projects.
• Relevantqualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or arelated discipline preferred.
• Strongunderstanding of construction methodologies, site operations, and projectdelivery processes.
• Experiencemanaging multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex work packages.
• Goodknowledge of health and safety regulations and construction bestpractices.
• Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
