Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Customer-focused Support Engineer in Spain to join the Cortex XSIAM team. You will respond to inquiries, triage issues, and collaborate with developers to deliver lasting fixes across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and working with SIEM tools while ensuring adherence to SLAs. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Fluent English is mandatory and additional language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form for customer interactions.
• Experience with EDR tools, SIEM platforms, and incident response.
• Solid networking basics and knowledge of endpoint security software.
• Proven ability to diagnose and debug complex environments across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with Microsoft server products (SCCM, GPO, AD, MSSQL, IIS, Exchange) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers, handling inquiries and escalations within SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical account managers to tailor customer experiences.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting at application and OS levels.
• Identify root causes and coordinate fixes with development and other teams.
• Document actions clearly for internal and customer communication.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective measures.
