Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success professional to support clients post-purchase, driving ROI and value while troubleshooting critical issues.

You will work with customers to optimize security infrastructure and ensure continued success with our solutions. The role emphasizes trusted advisory duties, collaboration with product/engineering teams, and creating knowledge resources for scalable customer support.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Operations or Engineering with SIEM/SOAR/XDR/EDR experience.
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure) and cloud use-cases.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security products, systems and processes.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting in Python/JavaScript.

• Act as trusted advisor, assisting customers with product questions and technical requests.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to maximize customer value and product usage.
• Translate technical knowledge into articles and guides to scale customer coverage.
