Palo Alto Networks is seeking a technical support professional to assist customers post-sale, addressing complex issues with in-depth analysis.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document solutions, and provide guidance on configurations, security best practices, and rapid incident response. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration at the Madrid office with flexible options.

Formación

• Expertise with VPN and network security protocols (IPSEC, TLS/SSL, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with multi-factor authentication systems (tokens, certificates, CAC).
• Working knowledge of security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls).
• Strong debugging skills for complex networks across mixed media and protocols.
• Cloud virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMware, OpenStack).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners.
• Offer configurations, troubleshoot, and share best practices.
• Manage support cases ensuring timely recording, tracking, and resolution.
• Carry out fault isolation and root-cause analysis.
• Publish technical bulletins and contribute to knowledge base.
• Travel to customer sites for critical situations.
