Connect Vision International seeks a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer / Solution Architect to lead an AI Governance programme for a major European financial services client. You will architect, build and govern a ServiceNow-based platform, crafting custom apps, automations, and governance workflows while integrating with enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on design, development and mentoring, with strong focus on GRC/IRM, risk management, and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Strong experience designing and implementing custom/scoped applications.
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub experience.
• Strong REST API, web services and enterprise integration experience.
• Experience with GRC/IRM, Risk, SPM or similar ServiceNow modules.
• Experience designing complex ServiceNow solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Understanding of governance, risk and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a ServiceNow-based AI Governance platform.
• Design and develop scoped/custom ServiceNow applications.
• Build automated workflows for AI asset onboarding, lifecycle management, risk assessment and governance.
• Implement integrations with enterprise platforms and data sources.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs and ServiceNow scripting.
• Help establish governance processes around AI assets, models, datasets and workflows.
• Embed regulatory and risk requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, risk, compliance and engineering teams.
• Support dashboards, reporting and governance evidence for audits and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and help define ServiceNow platform best practices.
