Appfire in Spain is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Governance to own end-to-end platform capabilities, agent governance, and policy enforcement at enterprise scale.

You will collaborate with multiple product teams, lead customer discovery with platform admins and CISOs, and shape a roadmap that balances governance rigor with agility. The role is fully remote in Spain with Bilbao office option and a culture of flexible work and growth.

Formación

• Several years of experience as a product manager owning complex, technical, enterprise infrastructure or governance products.
• Experience managing a product that spans many different product domains and teams.
• Comfort selling into and gathering requirements from senior technical buyers: platform admins, CISOs, CIOs.
• A track record of shipping in phases against a long-term roadmap without losing the throughline to the end state.
• Direct, structured customer discovery skills. You’ll be interviewing enterprise admins regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen core platform capabilities our enterprise customers depend on: reliable movement of configuration across environments, programmatic access for CI/CD-style operations, and better visibility into changes over time.
• Extend our governance model to treat AI agents as configuration with the same rigor as workflows or permissions.
• Build the visibility and control layer: discovery of agents, a searchable inventory, a policy engine, and cost attribution by agent, owner, or project.
• Own the rules of what an agent can do and how those rules are enforced at runtime, in collaboration with the AI skills content team.
• Partner with Atlassian’s partner program to gain early visibility into their AI platform roadmap and API access.
