RED Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead the AI governance initiatives and the implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower on a 6+ month remote engagement. You will design governance processes for AI assets, develop automated workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms.

The role requires 8+ years of platform engineering experience, strong REST API and integration skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while collaborating with risk,

Formación

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering experience.
• Proven experience implementing AI governance solutions, ideally ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Strong knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks (AI Act, GDPR, DORA).
• Experience with workflow automation, risk management and AI/data asset lifecycle management.
• REST APIs, web services and integration patterns experience.
• Java, Bash and HTML working knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Design governance processes for AI assets complying with regulatory requirements.
• Develop automated workflows for AI asset onboarding, risk assessment, impact analysis and lifecycle management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and external systems.
• Support AI governance, risk management and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with business owners, risk/compliance teams and AI stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for governance, audits and executive reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
